18k Gold Vermeil

A thick layer of genuine 18k gold bonded over sterling silver—about five times thicker than standard plating—for lasting shine and luxury.

Zircon

High-grade zircon, precision-cut to maximize brilliance—mirroring the sparkle of natural diamonds with clarity and strength.

Freshwater Pearls

Handpicked for natural luster and shape; each pearl is carefully set to highlight its organic beauty and individuality.

925 Sterling Silver

We use certified 925 sterling silver made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. This blend is far more durable than pure silver alone, with no compromise to color or lustre.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Typical timeline: carrier transit to our facility takes 5–10 business days; once received, we process returns in 3–5 business days; your bank then completes the refund in 5–10 business days.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Certain items may have restrictions and may not be eligible for international shipping.

After you place an order, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the method selected. Depending on the carrier, estimates may also appear at checkout.

Many shipping rates are weight-based. Item weights appear on product pages, and—per carrier policy—are rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty & Lifetime Care

We want your most-loved jewelry to last a lifetime. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty covering every piece at no cost. After that, our lifetime repairs service is available for a small fee—so you can keep wearing your jewelry again and again.

Replating

If your vermeil jewelry gradually loses color over time, we’re happy to re-plate it for you.

Resizing

Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than the original measurement. Several designs can’t be resized due to their construction—please contact Customer Care if you’re unsure.

Repairing

Where possible, we’ll repair your piece and send it back—good as new. If repair isn’t possible and you’re within your 5-year warranty, we’ll offer a like-for-like replacement or a voucher.
