We are so sorry to hear your jewellery can no longer be found!
Unfortunately, our 5-Year Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces.
We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly.
We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need

Every hand-crafted Hormtn piece comes with our 5-Year Warranty. Whether you have accidentally scratched a pendant charm or want your ring resized or replated, we will repair your jewellery free of charge. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
This warranty is in addition to other rights you may have in relation to the piece.
Simply follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you purchased or received your piece.
After 5 Years (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure you piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee.
Repairing
Our pieces are made to be worn everyday, which can sometimes lead to damage. Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 5-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.
