We are so sorry to hear that your jewelry can no longer be found.
Unfortunately, our 1-Year Warranty does not cover lost or stolen pieces.
We recommend contacting your home, contents, or travel insurance provider to make a claim directly with them.
We’re happy to provide any proof of purchase information you may need.
We understand how upsetting it can be to lose an earring and be left with just half of a pair!

Every hand-crafted HORMTN piece comes with our 1-Year Warranty. Whether your piece needs a small repair, resizing, or replating, we’ll do our best to help restore it free of charge within the warranty period.
This warranty is in addition to any other rights you may have in relation to the piece.
Simply follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you purchased or received your piece.
After 1 year, or if no proof of purchase can be provided, we can still help ensure your piece is loved for years to come. We may offer repairs for a small fee, depending on the condition of the piece.
Repairing
Our pieces are made to be worn and loved, which can sometimes lead to signs of wear or damage. Where possible, we’ll repair your piece and send it back—good as new. If it isn’t fixable and you’re still within your 1-year warranty, we’ll offer you a like-for-like replacement or a voucher.
